Hunting Safaris

We accept Cash, Traveller’s cheques, Master- & Visa Card. Payments will be done at the end of your Safari when you receive a detailed Invoice. Credit Card Payments will be done in Namibian Dollars and a 5% handlingfee is charged on all Credit Card transactions.

Booking & Reservation
A booking fee (deposit) equivilint to the confirms your booking.
Direct transfer can be done as follows:

With your Credit Card:
You give us the authorisation, Card no. and expiry date and we will do the rest. The deposit will be subtracted from the final account at the end of your stay , with your final invoice.

Cancellation
If you should cancel more than 6 weeks before commencement of your Safari we charge a 50% cancellation fee on the deposit. If you should cancel less than 6 weeks before commencement of your Safari we charge 100% cancellation fee of the deposit.

We recommend that you take out Insurance to cover these claims.
